Holistic Treatment for At-Risk Youth

Community Access Network, Residential Care Program is a short-term therapeutic treatment program (STRTP) for teen boys between the ages of 12-18 years old. Our residential homes (formerly known as group homes) are located in Riverside County, California and have the capacity to care for six boys at a time. It is our highest priority that every teenager in our care is treated with dignity, respect and has access to the resources they need to thrive.

We provide a holistic, quality-based treatment specifically designed to meet the needs of each resident. The following are the services we provide:

  • Substance Abuse Awareness, including Testing and Relapse Prevention, Individual, Family, and Group Counseling
  • Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Aggression Replacement Training
  • Medication Management by a Board-Certified Psychiatrist
  • Referral to local 12-Step Meetings
  • Run Away Prevention
  • Independent Living Skills
  • Mentorship
  • Resource allocation and linkage, including vocational training, Tutoring Services and transitional housing
